Nursery Applications 2024 - 2025
The closing date for 'on time' Nursery applications has now past (Friday 8th March 2024)
We continue to welcome any further applications these however, will be classed as 'late' and will be considered according in line with our Admissions Arrangements.

At present there is no e-admission process for Nursery. There is however, a paper application form which should be completed. Please use link below to download and completed this form.
Our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) 2024 - 2025 should also be completed and submitted. Please use the link below.

Please note that when returning your child’s Nursery application form you must also provide the following documents which are in addition to those already requested on our SIF:
- A copy of your child’s short birth certificate.
- A copy of the current council tax bill (which is in your name). If you are unable to provide this you must include 3 other documents, in your name confirming that you are reside at the address which your application is made from. Please refer to the ‘London Borough of Hounslow Starting Nursery School Brochure’ for qualifying documents.
Applicants will advised of the outcome of their application by letter no later than Friday 3rd May 2024.
Reception Applications 2024 - 2025
The application process for Reception applications for our September 2024 intake is now closed.
Whilst we continue to welcome applications these will be recorded a ‘late application’ and will be considered in accordingly. You are also required to complete the London Borough of Hounslow e-admission.
As a highly oversubscribed school we would urge you to take the time to read our Admissions Policy to understand how our governing body categorise applications received.
You will be advised by the London Borough of Hounslow of the outcome of your application on National Offers Day which is on the 16th April 2024.

In-Year Admissions
An application must be made to the Local Authority (The London Borough of Hounslow) on their In-Year Application Form. A Supplementary Information Form (SIF) should also be completed and returned to the school office along with requested supporting documentation. We are currently accepting applications either via email on : admissions@stmichaelrc.hounslow.sch.uk, by hand delivered post in the green post box at the main school gates or via Royal Mail post – although we cannot take responsibility for the delivery of this.
Where there are more applications than places available, each application will be ranked in accordance with the published oversubscription criteria.
If a place cannot be offered, you may ask us for the reasons and you will be informed of your right of appeal. You will be offered the opportunity of being placed on a waiting list. The waiting list will be maintained by the Governing Body in the order of the oversubscription criteria. When a place becomes available the Governing Body will decide who is at the top of the list so that an offer can be made.

Please be aware that when applying to a Catholic school you are required to submit a Certificate of Catholic Practice form which is available from your Parish Priest or from your Parish website.
Please note that the Certificate of Catholic Practice should be completed, signed and the original form should be returned along with our Supplementary Information Form to the school office.
