• NEW SCHOOL UNIFORM

  The new school uniform will be available to purchase from Monday 9th April 2018.

• Whole School Easter Bonnet Parade and additional Mufti Day - Wednesday 28th March 2018

  We will be holding our annual Easter Bonnet Parade on Wednesday 28th March 2018.  Children should bring in an Easter Bonnet that they have made at home.  This is also an additional mufti day and all children should bring in £1.00.

   

  Thursday 29th March 2018  (except Nursery) is our usual end of term mufti and payment for this day has already been made via our annual charges.

   

  Please also remember that term finishes at 1.30pm.

• Nursery Closes for Easter Holiday - Wednesday 28th March 2018

  Fri 23 Mar 2018
  Nursery will participate in our annual Easter Bonnet Parade.  Children should bring in an East Bonnet which they have made at home.  This is also Nursery's normal end of term mufti day.

• Re-Scheduled Book Swap

  Following on from last week’s English Week activities which were interrupted due to the inclement weather, I am delighted to advise you that we have re-scheduled our ‘Book Swap Day’ for tomorrow Thursday 8^th March 2018.

   

  In previous years the children have enjoyed this event and indeed look forward to having the opportunity to explore a range of new books.

   

  To ensure that this event is a success children are asked to bring the book which they would like to swap into school tomorrow morning. As always we would ask you ensure that any books brought in should be age appropriate for your child and in excellent condition. Your child will then keep the book they have chosen from the book swap.

• ADVERSE WEATHER UPDATE - SCHOOL CLOSED FRIDAY 2ND MARCH 2018

  Dear Parents / Carers

   

  After careful consideration we have taken the decision to close the school tomorrow, Friday 2^nd March 2018. I have spoken to our Chair of Governors, Mrs Sandra D’Souza-Zerkhfaoui today, and both she and I feel that the icy conditions present a real danger for children and staff travelling to and from school. Weather conditions are forecast to deteriorate during the night with temperatures dropping further and more snow predicted.

   

  Whilst I know that this may be inconvenient for some of you, please be assured that this decision has not been taken lightly. Our primary concern is the safety and wellbeing of the children. Both Mrs D’Souza-Zerkhfaoui and I wanted to let you know this information ahead of tomorrow in order to give you time to make necessary arrangements.

   

  Please note that 1F’s assembly will now take place on Friday 9^th March 2018 at 9.30am. The ‘Book Swap’ and ‘Sponsored Spell’ has been postponed until further notice.

   

  School will re-open as usual on Monday 5^th March 2018.

• AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS CANCELLED - THURSDAY 1ST MARCH
